progress hangs

Somehow, what seemed like a great idea 3 days ago has paralyzed me in my job search. What is it? A photo. A headshot, to be more precise.

I had this grand vision of a professional headshot that would set my linkedin.com profile apart a little. Real photos are something that helps the reader engage, right? I've been so obsessed about coming up with creative ideas for that that I haven't even finished (started?) my resume.

Ugh. Better get crackin'!

Income no longer recurring

Last day at my job yesterday. Almost five years at that place. I learned a lot, I hope I contributed a lot, too. The time was right to go, but that sure doesn't make it any easier. Sure am gonna miss that place.
